Charleston, SC - Police say that two men have been arrested for breaking into two construction trailers Thursday morning.
Charleston Police officers say they responded to the trailers on Genesis Street after a neighbor saw two men break into the 18-wheeler type trailers.
When the officers arrived on scene, police say the suspects ran into a nearby wooded area. The officers quickly apprehended one of the suspects. A perimeter was established and the second suspect was found hiding under some brush.
William Matthews, 41, of Meeting Street, is charged with second-degree burglary and assault on police while resisting arrest.
Terrell Frazier, 45, of main Road, is charged with second-degree burglary. They were both being held in the Charleston County Detention Center.
The investigation is ongoing.
