21-year-old Josh Nicely of Moncks Corner is being charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of 21-year-old Richard Hyrne II. Witnesses say Nicely was playing with a handgun when he accidentaly shot and killed Hyrne. The pair and other friends had reportedly been partying all night at the victim's Long Shadow Lane residence. When police arrived, Nicely was still in possession of the weapon.  He reportedly told them he did not know the gun was loaded. Nicely will have a bond hearing today (Monday, 9/8/08).
