Thousands of dollars in cocaine are off area streets, after two Orangeburg men were put behind bars an Wednesday.
The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Nayquan Jamal Bookhard and Shamel Starks Wednesday, after an investigation in the Ridgeville area.
Authorities recovered more than 66 grams of cocaine and $7,652 in cash.
Both Bookhard and Starks both face charges of trafficking in cocaine and will have a hearing Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
