Charleston, SC - Oran Smith is accused of killing Cheryl Lynn Snow in June 2007. Snow's body was found inside her North Charleston apartment. Smith was arrested a month later.
Now his fate is in the jury's hands. The case has lasted three days so far and will go into its fourth day on Thursday. Prosecutors say they expect the jury to announce their decision tomorrow in court.
Today, the last of the witnesses took the stand, three North Charleston Police Department detectives. The detectives discussed their investigation including the alleged confession by Smith.
