Saint George, SC - Severe weather causes a tree to fall on a mobile home in Dorchester County.
According to the Saint George Fire Department, around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16 they were notified about a tree that had fallen on a home on Raysor and Park Street.
When the crew arrived on the scene they found that a large pecan tree had crushed one end of a single wide mobile home and caused some power lines to fall down, officials said.
Crews said they searched the residence, but found no one in the home.
Neighbors confirmed the owner was at work and lived alone.
The weather also caused several other trees to fall in the area, but no other damage has been reported.
