Toddler Drowns in Berkeley County

An emergency call was made to 911 saying that a child was found floating in an above ground swimming pool. Feagin was taken to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The State Law Enforcement Division and Berkeley County officials are handling the investigation.
