The man accused of raping a College of Charleston student turns himself in to police. 35 year old Rasheid Mervin is charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct. The victim says she went out with Mervin on Monday night and then invited him into her dorm room. Investigators say the two began kissing and when the woman asked him to stop, he did not.
