Man Leads Police on Chase Through Two Cities

23-year-old Julian Haskell, Jr. has been arrested and is being charged with possession of marijuana and failure to stop for police.
The chase started on Rivers Avenue when police say Haskell would not pull over. Instead they say he continued onto to I-526, eventually colliding with an SUV on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard.
