Hundreds of Local Officials Attend Stimulus 101 Summit
Charleston Mayor Joe Riley (web | news | bio) and mayors from around the state are on the agenda as speakers. The featured speaker is Ed DeSeve, Special Advisor to the President and Vice President for Recovery Act Implementation, Office of Management and Budget. He was unable to attend but phoned in and spoke about the stimulus money.
ABC News 4 is the only station from Charleston here bringing you the latest from the summit and how your local officials are trying to learn as much as possible about what money is available for their local programs.
