Forest Circle Middle School teacher arrested

The Colleton County Sheriff's Office arrested a Forest Circle Middle School teacher for criminal sexual conduct. According to Sheriff George Malone, 37-year-old Tracy Lee Judy was arrested Friday morning at Forest Circle Middle School in Walterboro, SC.
Judy was served with a warrant for criminal solicitation of a minor and is currently be held at the Colleton County Detention Center where he is awaiting a bond hearing.
Judy was served with two additional warrants for criminal sexual conduct with a minor. All charges stem from a relationship he entered into with a 15-year-old female student. Two warrants were issued to serch Judy's home and school computer.
