Fatal Crash in Berkeley County

It happened at US 52 and Mandella road in Bonneau. Atleast six people were involved and the Berkeley county coroner confirms a 52 year old man died from injuries sustained in the accident.
The fatal crash happened around seven o'clock Wednesday night. The driver of a Lincoln town car was eastbound on Mandella when he collided with a blue Chevy sedan traveling northbound on US 52. A mother and her three children involved in the wreck were treated for minor injuries at Trident medical center. The driver of the Lincoln was also injured. The highway patrol reports heavy rains at the time of the crash but no word on if weather or speed played a factor.
