The Charleston Symphony Orchestra Gospel Choir will play in the Moutn Moriah Family Living Center. The performance is free, but you must get tickets at the Gaillard Auditorium Box Office, Mount Moriah Family Living Center or at the North Charleston Cultural and Civic Center.

The MLK Parade will begin at Burke High School and wind its way through downtown.
11 a.m.
The House of God Church in Harleyville will hold its annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day program.
6 p.m.
The Sea Island Habitat for Humanity volunteers and AmeriCorps members will build a home honoring the late Dr. King in Hollywood.
