Monday storms mainly left damage across southern Georgia
Last Friday's storms left a mess across the Upstate and the western half of the state.
Showers and thunderstorms will be possible again for Thursday afternoon into Thursday night, bringing the potential another 1-2 inches of rain. Some of those storms could be severe as they develop along a warm front Thursday night.
Check out the rainfall forecast from the hydrometeorological prediction center for Tuesday night through Thursday night:

So far this year, Charleston has received 4.37" of rain compared to 10.31" the area should have already had so far.
Areas further upstate that are in at extreme drought status have actually had much higher amounts of rain this year.
Areas like Greenville and Greenwood have received more than 10" of rain this year, unfortunately the totals are all below average.
